We ship internationally. Shipping costs are included in the price on the website.

Artisanal processes and ships orders within 1-3 business days. 

Orders will be shipped out of Tokyo, Japan and will typically take around 2-5 business days to get delivered depending on your location. 

We offer shipping via DHL.

- Delivered but not received?

If your package has not arrived once marked as delivered, please wait 3 business days as the package may have been marked as delivered prematurely while still in transit. If you still do not receive your package after the waiting period, please get in contact with us so that we may begin an investigation with the shipping courier for your package.
